Tium I'm not sure what you mean to be honest. A sword? As in...?

well, someting like this: http://www.exchange3d.com/cubecart/images/uploads/aff465/Viking_sword_01.jpg

But the sword should have its hilt up and instead of having coulors, it would just be a black spot in the midle of a twirl of blue lines. Would be cool if there was enough blue lines to cover all the borders of the sword.
Tium, this be okay?

Nha, What I meant is that the area the sword was suposed to be in was black (so that there was a shadow of the sword) also, please make the sword a tad larger and complitly vertical.

And If it isent too much trouble, I would prefer it was only blue lines...

Okay, it's what it sounded like you wanted, an wtf are contorns? Tough luck with that blue.

Now, I'm not sure myself, but I think there was this triangle like button on all of the tool options and I pressed that. Sorry I'm not big on details. I've also tried reinstalling it and that didn't work.

Reinstalling makes no difference for GIMP if you haven't deleted the system files.
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0

See if you can point it out here:
