It doesn't work like that. It works that you get what you deserve. Not I want more money so I should get more bonuses.

I mean swordsmen. Both kinds. There isn't that much of a difference, especially because my claymor people can use their swords either way.
@NDF: I meant it as in "I have a tiny little country with a tiny little population and I need the bonuses in order to get more population because if I don't have the bonuses I have to spend more money and I don't have any more money to spend". Not as in "I want more money, so I should get more bonuses". It is a matter of I NEED the bonuses, not just I want the bonuses.

There is a difference, 1 handers have shields, 2 do not. You can't have both, your bonus would be too big, so pick one.
