I'm cutting down on the historical gains of the country I am modeling, the Spanish Empire.

BTW Why the hell are we starting this?

it just makes no sense.... Why not stick to the other game... there is no reason to abandon it as many will do when this starts.

We're not abandoning it, we're making a new one, while keeping the old one. Plus I like this time period a lot better.

See, you will play more and more on this one and eventually (slowly) abandon the other. And other people that aren't doing good in the current one will stop playing that and vice versa.

1750s is a more better time-frame. And some will abandon and others won't. What do we have to lose? Half of the old members left anyways, so why not try something we enjoy.

Also, you have WAYYYYYYYYYYY to much in the Americas and Europe. Another thing, use the new map.

I'm just going to be a nation in North America, since I don't intend to be too immersed in this one. I'll play minor roles.

The Colonies of Louisiana

Colonized by a past United France, when the government fell into chaos and separate nations declared their independence, the Colonies of Louisiana were all but forgotten. Left to toil and survive by their selves the colonists undertook hard days, as difficulty to maintain order and petty fighting emerged a plan was finally devised. The colonies would be equal, but separate, they each swore an oath of loyalty and allegiance to each other, that they would never fight amongst each other, and should the need arise they would unite to fight off a foreign threat. Free and untarifed tax, and a bill of colonist rights were promised as well.

As time passed petty states of France began to take notice of their previous colonies and attempted to reinstate their rule over them. The Colonists of Louisiana did not wish to fight with their French brothers, but the governors of the respective colonies refused to give up their independence. This attitude has resulted in one war with a French state, but it seems the others have respected the colonies freedom, for now...
