New rules involving "Alliances"
Admins had a discussion about alliances, and so that we don't have another great war, alliances are being restricted to types and numbers.
Defensive Pact-Total allowed: 2
Defensive Pacts are quite obvious, if you are attacked, then said allied nation is obligated to aid you. If you are the aggressor, you will receive no aid.
Independence Pact-Total allowed: Unlimited
In an Independence Pact, if you are on the verge of being wiped out, say if I were to crush every province but your capital, then other players are allowed to step in.
Crusader Pact-Total allowed: 1
Pretty much whoever you sign this pact with, you are Obligated to join said Crusade.

Agreed. We could make one full alliance thing, where you are basically helping each other be it attacked or attacker. Only 1, 2 members, you could have no relations with other alliances that would encourage ganging.

I think there should be a "full alliance" that you can only have one of, but I don't think that you should have to be non-allied to other nations if you have one.
